The new Welcome & Education center will be a place for community gathering – a place for all to feel like they belong. An open porch connects the center with the large green in the center of the site.

Visit the Pauli Murray Center

The Pauli Murray Center for History and Social Justice is located at 906 Carroll Street, Durham, NC 27701.

We are open on Saturdays from 10 AM - 1 PM for self guided tours and offer several public guided tours throughout the week. Please see our calendar to ensure we are open on the day you wish to visit. We are pleased to offer many opportunities for visitors to engage with this incredible space each week, including tours, events, and community gatherings.
